Boarding and Training
In our behavior correction program, some parents have mentioned that their fur babies have developed separation anxiety and aggression issues after staying in dog hotels. Leaving their pets with friends and family can also be a concern as they may not be equipped to handle certain situations, and there may be potential conflicts. If you are considering alternatives to dog hotels or temporary accommodations with loved ones, our professional boarding service is a reliable and reassuring option. With our expertise and specialized knowledge, we provide personalized care and give pets the attention and companionship they need.
No Caging/Crating: Unless it is necessary to correct specific behavioral issues (such as separation anxiety) or if owners explicitly request “crate training,” pets will not be caged during their boarding stay.
Small Class Size: To ensure the highest quality of the boarding experience, each trainer will care for no more than four pets at a time.
Long-lasting Results: For stays reaching a designated number of days, two or more dog trainers will be assigned to work with your pet. Training will take place across various environments and scenarios, significantly reducing the chances of the “works during training, but reverts to old habits at home” situation.
Advance Booking: Please make your reservation at least two weeks prior to the check-in date.
Free Roaming
We understand the importance of free-roaming, not just for physical stretching but also for allowing dogs to explore, relieve themselves, and engage in typical dog behaviors outdoors. Therefore, we commit to providing at least two free roaming sessions per day for your peace of mind.
Cleanliness
In addition to promptly addressing pet waste on a daily basis, we pledge to thoroughly disinfect your dog’s living and activity spaces daily using methods that do not irritate their sense of smell.
Towel Wiping
Your fur baby may have more secretions and drool, and eating too quickly may soil their fur. In addition to towel wiping after free roaming sessions, we closely monitor the dog’s condition to ensure their cleanliness and dryness.
Leisure Time
We dedicate time to play and engage with the dogs, ensuring they receive ample physical and mental exercise to keep them happy and content during their stay.
Daily Updates
We provide daily photo, video, and/or training progress updates via WhatsApp or email, allowing you to stay closely connected with your beloved canine companion.
Feeding and Watering
We follow your pet’s feeding preferences and provide them with fresh food and water.
