Boarding and Training
In our behavior correction program, some parents have mentioned that their fur babies have developed separation anxiety and aggression issues after staying in dog hotels. Leaving their pets with friends and family can also be a concern as they may not be equipped to handle certain situations, and there may be potential conflicts. * Unless specific behavioral issues need to be corrected, such as separation anxiety or if the owner requests “cage training,” the pets will not be confined to cages during the stay.
* To ensure the quality of the stay, each trainer will not take on more than four pets.
* After the designated number of stays, two or more trainers will provide training for the pets in different environments and scenarios, greatly reducing the chance of “effective training during the stay but reverting to the old ways after returning home.”
* Please book two weeks in advance.
Free Roaming
We understand the importance of free-roaming, not just for physical stretching but also for allowing dogs to explore, relieve themselves, and engage in typical dog behaviors outdoors. Therefore, we commit to providing at least two free roaming sessions per day for your peace of mind.
Cleanliness
In addition to promptly addressing pet waste on a daily basis, we pledge to thoroughly disinfect your dog’s living and activity spaces daily using methods that do not irritate their sense of smell.
Towel Wiping
Your fur baby may have more secretions and drool, and eating too quickly may soil their fur. In addition to towel wiping after free roaming sessions, we closely monitor the dog’s condition to ensure their cleanliness and dryness.
Leisure Time
We dedicate time to play and engage with the dogs, ensuring they receive ample physical and mental exercise to keep them happy and content during their stay.
Daily Updates
We provide daily photo, video, and/or training progress updates via WhatsApp or email, allowing you to stay closely connected with your beloved canine companion.
Feeding and Watering
We follow your pet’s feeding preferences and provide them with fresh food and water.
