- It is recommended that dogs are at least 4 months old to stay.
- Dogs must have received vaccinations for rabies, canine distemper, infectious enteritis, and hepatitis, and valid vaccination records and dog tags must be presented.
- Dogs with contagious diseases cannot be accommodated to protect the rights of other dogs.
- Dogs that have recently been vaccinated, undergone surgery, have stitches, or have excessively sensitive skin are not recommended for boarding services.
- It is recommended that during the stay, dogs receive preventive medication for heartworm and wear preventive neck collars.
- For dogs that are easily frightened or nervous in unfamiliar environments, it is recommended that owners bring their dog’s familiar bedding, mats, and old clothes with their scent (no underwear please).
- To prevent gastrointestinal discomfort, it is strongly recommended to bring the dog’s regular food or pre-packaged fresh food.
- To ensure a hygienic environment, dogs will be bathed on the day of check-in. Subsequently, bathing will be required every seven days. Dogs staying for six days or more will receive one free bath and ear cleaning service. For stays less than six days, a bathing fee will be charged based on the weight of the dog at check-in.
- Prior to check-in, please inform us of the dog’s physical health, skin condition, and behavioral issues, such as food or resource guarding, aggression, barking, separation anxiety, etc. We cannot be held responsible for any harm or damage caused to other dogs if such information is not disclosed. If the behavior poses a risk to the health of other boarding dogs, the owner will be fully responsible.
- If any parasites are found on the pet or in their excrement during the boarding period, the owner will be immediately notified, and a comprehensive disinfection fee of at least $3,000 will be charged.
- A deposit of $1,000 must be paid in advance before check-in to cover emergency medical expenses. The deposit will be refunded on the day the owner retrieves their dog.
