- It is recommended that during the stay, dogs receive preventive medication for heartworm and wear preventive neck collars.
- For dogs that are easily frightened or nervous in unfamiliar environments, it is recommended that owners bring their dog’s familiar bedding, mats, and old clothes with their scent (no underwear please).
- To prevent gastrointestinal discomfort, it is strongly recommended to bring the dog’s regular food or pre-packaged fresh food.
- Prior to check-in, please inform us of the dog’s physical health, skin condition, and behavioral issues, such as food or resource guarding, aggression, barking, separation anxiety, etc. We cannot be held responsible for any harm or damage caused to other dogs if such information is not disclosed. If the behavior poses a risk to the health of other boarding dogs, the owner will be fully responsible.
- If any parasites are found on the pet or in their excrement during the boarding period, the owner will be immediately notified, and a comprehensive disinfection fee of at least $3,000 will be charged.
- A deposit of $1,000 must be paid in advance before check-in to cover emergency medical expenses. The deposit will be refunded on the day the owner retrieves their dog.
